This outdoor summer series is designed for all levels of yoga and will focus on celebrating and exploring the art and beauty of mind-body connection. The class is designed for all body types (ages 10-100), providing basic connected poses and guided meditation. Sara Jascot and Noreen Czepiel, Certified Yoga Instructors. Please bring mat, towel, water and any yoga equipment you use (block, blanket, strap).

Off-Site Event: Painting the Barbizon Oak
