As our climate changes, so does the face of farming. Many are looking to the oceans as the next frontier in farming. Stonington Kelp Co. is a family owned and operated kelp farm off the coast of Stonington, CT. Join Kelp Farmer Suzie Flores for a discussion of the industry including its history, ecological benefits, and various applications as well as the fascinating ins and outs of establishing and operating a kelp farm.
