Sm’Art Colony Camp 2020

$40 – $75

A safe and memorable way to experience the best of the Museum’s Art Colony Camp

Featuring Julie Garvin Riggs, Manager of Youth Education and Outreach

 

June 29-August 20 (8 virtual camp sessions)

Sm’Art Camp meeting are presented live on GoToWebinar platform summer Mondays at 4pm.

All camp sessions are recorded to be enjoyed at campers’ convenience

and can be watched multiple times.

 

Each week begins with a Sm’Art Colony Camp meeting where Miss Julie and a cast of surprise guests explore the theme of the week. Pop-in guests include curators, actors, a magician, musicians, a storyteller, artists, and more.

Sessions include a week’s worth of creative activities based on the art or history theme as well as an assortment of fun skill-building exercises. Additional directions, worksheets, materials list, etc. can be sent via email as needed. Camp staff available via email/phone for any assistance needed.

Start social, stay social. Sm’Art Colony Campers are encouraged to share their work via the Museum’s social media platforms as well as be featured in Miss Julie’s Sm’Art Colony Campers’ Corner, a place to share a selections of art projects completed at home. #FloGrisSmartCamp

 

CAMP FEES (includes all 8 virtual sessions):

  • Sm’Art Camp + Deluxe Camp Bag: $90 (members $80) includes deluxe camp bag full of goodies and all supplies needed for Camp (mailed to your home) — SOLD OUT
  • Sm’Art Colony Camp with Camp Essentials Bag: $75 (members $65) includes Camp Essentials bag (mailed to your home), tee shirt, sketch book, 2 canvas boards, DVD, teaching poster, and list of of art and craft materials not included in bag — while supplies last!
  • Sm’Art Colony Camp (No Bag): $50 (members $40) includes a list of art and craft materials in initial camp bags.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: If address where camp bag is to be sent is different from billing address please note that when purchasing. Please also select your camper’s t-shirt size from the dropdown menu. For orders placed after 6/21 we cannot guarantee Camp Bags will arrive in time for Session 1.
