VIRTUAL LECTURE: Ways of Seeing Food

September 7 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

with Tamar Adler

$10 (Members 10% discount)

Purchase tickets here

Bestselling food author Tamar Adler’s writings are an inspiration for artist-in-residence Dana Sherwood, leading Adler to contribute an essay to the Museum’s catalogue. Her book An Everlasting Meal: Cooking with Economy and Grace has been described as “less like a cookbook than a recipe for a delicious life.” Join Adler for a meditation on how changing our perspectives in the kitchen can reduce food waste and produce better and more gratifying meals.
