Prepaid, timed admission tickets are available for all visitors, including Members.
As our guest, we will do our very best to provide a safe, enjoyable experience. We have set the following standards to ensure your safety. Our institution has committed to comply with the standards set by the State of Connecticut in order to operate and receive guests.
If you need to see a staff member, you will need to schedule a meeting in advance. To minimize risk, many staff members are working from home. Contact information is here.
Before purchasing your ticket, you will be asked to read and accept our Visitor Code of Conduct. In addition, there may be national, state, or site- specific requirements. Please adhere to all posted signage for the most updated requirements. Failure to adhere to posted guidelines will result in all party members being asked to leave the Museum grounds. No refunds will be given.
To prevent overcrowding, a limited number of tickets will be sold per time slot. Please reserve your preferred date and time for tickets at least 24 hours in advance even if you are a Member. Priority access will be given to those who pre-book their admission tickets. Visitors are welcome to remain on campus until the grounds close at 5pm.
You will be asked to give a name and contact information for each person in your party. We will need to reach you if asked to conduct contact tracing.
MEMBERS, GUESTS OF MEMBERS, AND BUSINESS PARTNERS
Members are always free – Become a Member! Many Membership levels allow guest passes. Check here for your Membership level. Please only book the “Be Our Guest” ticket option if you already have guest pass(es) to use. You will be asked to present these guest passes upon check in.
ARRIVAL & CHECK IN
Park in our main parking lot and follow signage to check in at the Rafal Landscape Center. You will be asked to provide proof of admission for the designated date/time, either through presentation of printed/mobile ticket, or by name on reservation. To allow adequate physical distancing, please do not plan to check-in more than 10 minutes prior to your reservation.
Wear a cloth face mask both outdoors and indoors.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Tickets are non-refundable. However, should your plans change and you are unable to visit after purchasing a ticket, we will gratefully issue a donation receipt to you by email, upon request.
DATE & TIME CHANGES
At this time, we are unable to accommodate requests for date or time change. If space allows, we will honor unused tickets from other times. Please check in at the Admissions Desk.
Please arrive during designated time. However, if running late, provide proof of admission at check-in desk, and when space allows, you will be granted entry.
LIBRARY PASSES (NOT personal library cards)
Many libraries offer museum passes for their patrons to check out. Contact your local library to see if these passes are available. Must present pass at check-in.
CT Art Trail Passport holders need to present passports. Members of AAM and NEMA will need to present proof of membership.
