Event Menu

Salad: Mixed greens, shaved brussels, candied walnuts, purple cabbage, roasted sweet potato, diced apples, Dijon apple cider dressing

Entrees: Standard meal – Strip loin, seared scallops, asparagus, garlic whipped potatoes, cabernet butter OR Vegetarian meal – gnocchi with a nut-free pesto
