Dr. Mark J. Schenker, Former Senior Associate Dean and Dean of Academic Affairs in Yale College

Mark Schenker, formerly of Yale College, returns to FloGris to extend his How to Read a Film approach—focusing on three famous American movies from the 1940s, all true cinema classics, in which the family home/estate is effectively a character in the film.

November 10 • Citizen Kane (1941) • Orson Welles • RT: 119 mins

November 17 • The Magnificent Ambersons (1942) • Orson Welles • RT: 88 mins

Educational & Travel Program Refund Policy
No refunds for Broadway bus trips or Miss Florence’s Teas after transaction is complete. Refunds for programs over $20 are subject to a $20 cancellation fee. Refunds (less $20 fee) are offered for cancellations made prior to a program’s noted refund date. Programs without a refund date can be cancelled one hour prior to event.
